GAN presents its new pieces for Haworth Collection at NeoCon

NeoCon, the largest commercial design and furniture show in North America celebrated its 50th anniversary this year. From June 11-13, Chicago’s iconic Merchandise Mart hosted more than 50,000 professionals who took part in the event and visited some of the most important furniture and decoration showrooms in the industry. Among them was Haworth, one of the largest commercial furniture firms in the world, with several brands under its name. As always, Patricia Urquiola designed the space.

Urquiola is also the designer behind the collections GAN created exclusively for Haworth Collection. Since last year, these pieces are also part of the firm’s permanent catalogue, together with elements from renowned brands such as Cassina, Poltrona Frau and Capellini.

This year, Haworth Collection also incorporated three new colour choices for its BANDAS rugs (A Pink, B Green and C Orange). Additionally, three new modules will now be available (chaise longue, chair and pouf), each matching the nine designs in this line, which Urquiola has adapted specifically for office environments. These modules were on display at the Wellness space in Haworth’s showroom, arranged in a large installation.

GAN is has also expanded its presence as a member of Haworth Collection with 4 new rugs for its HAND KNOTTED DEGRADÉ line (Orange, Blue, Green and Gray), this time made with pure new wool; as well as 6 new polypropylene DIAGONAL rugs (Almond&Blue, Almond&Green, Almond&Red, Almond&Orange, Almond&Grey and Black&Ivory) and a Globo pouf in a Petrol with Yellow colour, which matches the MANGAS ORIGINAL rugs already included in Haworth Collection. MANGAS SPACE was also added to with a Plait pouf in chequered ivory.

GAN is delighted to be part of the HAWORTH family and to be able to be present at NeoCon year after year. At GAN, our focus on contemporary furniture and accessories made using traditional crafts translates into an endless search for inspiration.

We thank everyone who visited and we look forward to seeing you all next year!
